Corporate Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in England and Wales. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION The Company provides specialized African culinary delivery and catering services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 24 hours' notice for regular subscriptions and immediate notice for force majeure events. 3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS All prices are in GBP (£). Payments must be made at the time of order unless a corporate credit account has been established. Late payments on corporate accounts incur a statutory interest rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate. 4. LIABILITY LIMITS The Company’s liability for any claim arising from our services is strictly limited to the total cost of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or business reputation. 5. FOOD SAFETY AND ALLERGENS While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, and gluten. It is the user's responsibility to disclose all allergies at the time of order. We are not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions. 6. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kingston upon Hull.
